Rum Diary Spiced Rum

A sipping quality full bodied spiced rum, the base rum is aged 5 years in Trinidad & Tobago.  4 infusion methods are implemented in Australia to spice the rum, the flavour is big and bold which stands up as a simple mixer or in a cocktail.

Aroma - christmas spices, clove, cardamon, coco and coffee, orange zest, white pepper

Taste - intense spice again of clove, cardamon, coco and coffee, orange zest, white pepper with ginger and a warming hit from the spanish chilli and a small hint of vanilla.

Finish - smooth and not overly sweet, the spanish chilli and ginger and left to linger
